We have added currency conversion to Euro. Just move mouse over the price while on the New Classifieds tab. You will see live conversion to Euro. It is using the latest rate from the Internet service. We are planning to add other currencies shortly as well as conversion in other parts of the website.
Location has been added in the search bar. If set it allows user to see only ads from the specified location while searching. For example, if location is set to USA, user will see ads from United States only while searching...
We have upgarded the website to .NET 3.5!
The currency format has been fixed across different pages to show USD (we will introduce local currencies later). We do not show decimal places anymore.
We have added new feature allowing the user to customize his store/website.
You can change properties like background color of your site, font, title of your site etc. It is accessible by clicking tab My Ads & Profile and My Site/Website Settings

We have made the Ad on user's website to show on that website, instead of on zikbay.com. You can see it here: http://tony.zikbay.com/Ad/3263/Member/tony
Now the customers will click on the ad and it will show ad's details on your web page!
The end of year is approaching, we were able to fix several issues with user page/store. The categories were not showing correctly, layout was disturbed and more!
We are working on allowing user to upload their own picture to zikbay.com....

Several formatting issues has been resolved with Most Active User Control. It seems to be working correctly.

We have temporary removed locations control, it is very slow. Need to decide what to do with this. We still left it under tab, but will work on having it load on demand

Hope you guys enjoy, particularly the Free User Store feature. We will allow changing logo in the coming days... For now we will just let the user do it under "My Ads & Profile", later some great CMS features coming....
12/20/2007 - We have added a new cool feature on the home page allowing to see the subcategories of the main categories on the home page. Look at the right column and click on the arrow. The row/tab will expand dynamicly...
12/09/2007 - We have added a cool new feature User Store/Website. By default user page is username.zikbay.com, for example if user has registered as rfurdzik4, so his website/store address is rfurdzik4.zikbay.com.
In order to have your own FREE website all you need to do is to register and post at least one ad, that is how simple it is! The website will be created for you automatically based on the ads you have running....
If you have a domain (like www.yourname.com) we can point it for you. We can also register new domain for you. You need to be sure that the domain name is available (please check www.godaddy.com). You would need to pay $5/month for this service plus registration fee (about $10/year). Please contact us at admin @ zikbay.com (remove spaces) and we can send you payment information.

12/09/2007 We have also extended Search Bar features. You can search now by keyword, Ad number (ID), using google or go to advanced search.... There are still some small problems here, but we are working on it....
Few new things has been added/fixed:
1) The registration was not working correctly for non-US posters. It was required to enter US state, even the poster was not from US. This is all fixed now

It all points now to the category page, which allows more user friendly browse of categories... We will be updating category page with more features soon.
